I’d actually like to start by commenting on you first. What an incredible lady you are, one in a million! From what started as just a single order then very quickly lead onto a second. For me it began with a random web search that lead onto daily chats back and forth and you becoming a good friend that I felt like I had known my entire life. The big sister I never had but always needed if that makes any sense. The ordering process with you was just so easy, everything was explained in full detail, every possible option that could be offered was given regardless of the work involved, even focusing on the most minuscule detail. 

The dedication, love and passion you have for your small business (which I know for sure is the start of something much much bigger) is commendable. You are an absolute inspiring Boss Mum who is smashing it! Thank you not only just for your service, the frames, thank you for being you. 

The frames themselves were just perfection. They aren’t just frames with words. It’s about the quality of the frames, the specific and purposely placed embellishments. Even down to the lettering and layout variations. I cannot recommend you and your work enough. There’s something very comforting about the frames and having them placed in our home as a reminder of the chosen personally meaningful words. 

You didn’t stop making adjustments until you’d exhausted literally EVERY option and combination. I’m talking about even when I thought it was perfect, you always had another idea up your sleeve. No corners were ever cut even when you were up against the clock. Even the finishing touches with packaging is insane, I’ve never seen anything like it! I’m not writing all this because I now see you as a friend, admittedly things did go wrong with my order which we know and never want to think about (fault with the courier company and none whatsoever with you or the products) but what you did do was pushed to put things right even after I had lost hope and it was most definitely worth the wait. There was no gain from your part but the fact that you had such determination is why I would ask everyone to order from Craftsquared and experience your handy work for themselves and just if you love a good chat. 

You will go above and beyond for every single order no matter how big or small. Hand on my heart I can say that because I ordered both frame sizes. Even though you didn’t let me pay any additional extras for this order, I’ve thanked you with flowers instead 😉
